Jack Leash Your FitnessLeash Your fitness is all about being active with your pet. We have daily fitness classes and monthly activities like yoga, kayaking, hiking, camping, etc.  Anything to spice up your daily dog walks so that you can bond with your best furry friend and get a great workout.   Jack is our Cairn Terrier mascot who will keep you updated on all of the fun events that he has coming up and show you photos of the ones that we already had.  We plan on doing a lot of communication through this blog so please visit often and feel free to leave your comments.

Not sure why we had the most frustrating travel day yet. Nothing seemed to work out. The GPS kept taking us the wrong way even though mommy set it for a different route, that thing is stubborn! We don’t really enjoy traveling on freeways, they are boring. It's not the number on the scale

It’s not always the number on the scale that tells you you’re moving in the right direction – Jen has made huge changes in her life since joining Leash Your Fitness and is much healthier for it!  She’s lost 10lbs, but more importantly, she’s built muscle, become stronger, has more energy, and her clothes fit better!  She’s also taken on some incredible challenges along the way.
