We have daily fitness classes and monthly activities like yoga, kayaking, hiking, camping, etc.  Anything to spice up your daily dog walks so that you can bond with your best furry friend and get a great workout.   Jack is our Cairn Terrier mascot who will keep you updated on all of the fun events that he has coming up and show you photos of the ones that we already had.  We plan on doing a lot of communication through this blog so please visit often and feel free to leave your comments.

We are back on the trails again this week for our tree hugger workout!  You can take advantage of everything nature and we are here to prove it!  No excuses! First thing, find a tree! And have a seat! Tree Squats: Find a sturdy tree and put your back against it.  Walk your feet out so that your knees are at 90 degrees and your knees are over your ankles.  Press your back flat, put your weight in your heels and enjoy the scenery!  Bonus:  put your dog in a sit to enjoy the scenery with you and work on

Welcome to Jacks Journey USA!!  Mommy and I are on a mission to inspire as many people and their dogs as we can to do fun activities together.  You can see how this all came about HERE or you can just join in on our 10 week journey around the country….   After our nights stay in Walmart in Ellsworth and our super fun visit to Acadia National Park, we loaded up with supplies and we were on our way to Camden, Maine for our hike there with the Loyal Biscuit.   The drive down Rt 1 was so beautiful.

Acadia National Park is dog friendly!

The drive to Acadia National Park from our class in Biddeford, Maine was rainy and mostly freeway so nothing to write about. The one thing that I noticed was the temperature plummeted! No more shorts for mommy! This stop will make the half way point for us on our journey and we are as far away from San Diego that we will go!  We have traveled 5 weeks, 4682 miles and spent $1679. in gas so far and $523. in campgrounds. We share that with you in case you are planning to do a similar trip!  We feel so blessed
