Leash Your fitness is all about being active with your pet. We have daily fitness classes and monthly activities like yoga, kayaking, hiking, camping, etc. Anything to spice up your daily dog walks so that you can bond with your best furry friend and get a great workout. Jack is our Cairn Terrier mascot who will keep you updated on all of the fun events that he has coming up and show you photos of the ones that we already had. Since we got a late start from Aunt Lynn’s house in Chautauqua, we didn’t arrive in New Hartford, NY until 5:30 p.m., just in time for dinner at Kelli’s friends house! What a nice group of ladies. They had a big yard for me to run around in after our drive and they welcomed us with open arms. The ladies loved hearing about our adventures so far and we loved hearing their funny stories! We love multi-tasking here at Leash Your Fitness! We can work out AND play games with our pups at the same time! This week’s Move It Monday is an exercise called the woodchopper. Today was the first morning since we left that I let mommy sleep in! We got up at 7:30 a.m. and went to breakfast with Uncle Randy and his daughters. Well, mommy did, I had to wait in Spirit. It was really sad for mommy to leave her family. She cried for a long time on the drive. It makes her sad that she doesn’t get to see them very often. We had a really good time with them in Pennsylvania and are happy that we get to see our Aunty Lynn one more time before we move on.

We arrived safely in West Newton, PA and have now traveled 3326 miles and spent over $1100. on gas but that is ok because we are having so much fun. We are 3 weeks in to our trip and it has been like heaven! Seeing our family is always a treat. Mommy has a very colorful family and there is never a dull moment! My uncle Randy used to raise Cattle but now he raises Bison. I got to follow the pregnant kitty around and sit and watch the Bison, they were kind of scary looking! The pool
