Leash Your fitness is all about being active with your pet. We have daily fitness classes and monthly activities like yoga, kayaking, hiking, camping, etc. Anything to spice up your daily dog walks so that you can bond with your best furry friend and get a great workout. Jack is our Cairn Terrier mascot who will keep you updated on all of the fun events that he has coming up and show you photos of the ones that we already had. These isometric holds are great to work on your core stability, arm strength, and balance. We do these all the time in our Leash Your Fitness classes! If you over-indulged a bit for yesterday’s holiday, just get those walking or running shoes and take Fido out for a fun walk and add this shoulder-toning exercise along the way! These shoulder push ups will work your shoulders, back, and arms. Start with 1 set of 5 reps and progress to 10 reps or more as you get stronger!
