Leash Your fitness is all about being active with your pet. We have daily fitness classes and monthly activities like yoga, kayaking, hiking, camping, etc. Anything to spice up your daily dog walks so that you can bond with your best furry friend and get a great workout. Jack is our Cairn Terrier mascot who will keep you updated on all of the fun events that he has coming up and show you photos of the ones that we already had. Move It Monday while your at a summer party. Instead of just standing around while you are at a bbq, take advantage of the stairs! Do a couple of laps on the stairs while waiting for dinner! Read more →Thanks for following us on our journey across America! We had a BLAST at the Crooked River Campground. It just goes to show that traveling spontaneous is sometimes the best way to go. Checkout how cool that campground was. One of our favorites so far! The drive to the White Mountains was short from the Crooked River Campground. We stopped at the Ranger Station on the Kancamagus Highway (Rt 112) and asked the ranger where we should hike. It was already 2:00 p.m. and a cloudy day with threatening rain.
