Leash Your fitness is all about being active with your pet. We have daily fitness classes and monthly activities like yoga, kayaking, hiking, camping, etc. Anything to spice up your daily dog walks so that you can bond with your best furry friend and get a great workout. Jack is our Cairn Terrier mascot who will keep you updated on all of the fun events that he has coming up and show you photos of the ones that we already had. Do you like to save time? Are you a multi-tasker? My mommy is so our latest Leash Your Fitness adventure involved leading a group of ladies AND their pups through the Mission Valley Mall where we practiced our dog obedience while the group lunged, ran stairs, did dips and pushups and practiced their yoga moves! The new dog park at the Mission Valley mall has been having all kinds of fun events to get people to come check it out. Read more →Today Leash Your Fitness took 17 people and 20 dogs kayaking with us, well really 21 people counting us and our helpers. This was a rather small group because we usually have over 20 dogs but mommy has learned to keep the group a little smaller because we can get to Fiesta Island quicker. Well, most of the time! Women do NOT like to tell people how old they are until AFTER they are 80 and then they are PROUD of how old they are. It is kind of funny.
