Jack Leash Your FitnessLeash Your fitness is all about being active with your pet. We have daily fitness classes and monthly activities like yoga, kayaking, hiking, camping, etc.  Anything to spice up your daily dog walks so that you can bond with your best furry friend and get a great workout.   Jack is our Cairn Terrier mascot who will keep you updated on all of the fun events that he has coming up and show you photos of the ones that we already had.  We plan on doing a lot of communication through this blog so please visit often and feel free to leave your comments.

Think about this scenario:  I start a business and work one hour on the business a day. Have fun at the Playground

When is the last time that you stopped at the playground that you walk by with your dog and stopped to… PLAY?? When do we stop playing?  Why take life so seriously?  At a recent Leash Your Fitness class, we stopped at the playground and we took 5 minutes to PLAY!  It was really fun and the girls loved it! You can stop and swing or even go down the slide! How about the monkey bars?  It may take you a few times but try doing the monkey bars.  It is great for your upper body and grip strength.  You

Dog Yoga / Bonfire

Jack’s Adventures continue!  We never have a dull weekend, that is for sure!  Last weekend, the Leash Your Fitness family joined us for a Dog Yoga class on the beautiful Mission Bay followed by a bonfire! Since it is summer time, Mommy and I got to the beach super early to save a spot for the bonfire.     Since it seemed like there were lots of open fire pits, we went for a SUP (Stand Up Paddle) the entire way around Fiesta Island!  It was pretty rough in the back so I ran along the beach while mommy SUP’d!

Are you trying to reach a goal and are having trouble with it? If there is one thing that I have noticed about the gals in our classes.  The ones that are CONSISTENT are getting RESULTS!
