Leash Your fitness is all about being active with your pet. We have daily fitness classes and monthly activities like yoga, kayaking, hiking, camping, etc. Anything to spice up your daily dog walks so that you can bond with your best furry friend and get a great workout. Jack is our Cairn Terrier mascot who will keep you updated on all of the fun events that he has coming up and show you photos of the ones that we already had. It has been exactly 3 months since our return of Jack’s Journey USA and mommy and I were getting antsy for another adventure! We have been having a great summer of hanging out with our friends at Fiesta Island and SUPing but we are ready for hiking season. Read more →The Leash Your Fitness Trail Dogs kicked up some more dust on the trails at two challenging endurance races recently: Spartan – a high intensity race with 20 obstacles over 5 miles with everything from mud pits to barbed wire – and Ragnar – a 24 hour relay race in the challenging hills surrounding Vail Lake.
