Think about this scenario: I start a business and work one hour on the business a day. I think about it other times of the day and may work a little towards it but not many other changes in my life. At the end of a month I am expecting to be making $50,000. in the business and I am discouraged when I don’t so I quit the business.
How does this scenario sound to you? Crazy right? Is it realistic? Then why do people think that they can go to the gym or work out one hour a day and still drink gatorade or soda, eat a tons of carbs, eat processed foods or out in restaurants, get little movement throughout the day and still expect major results in a month?
If you want ANYTHING to change in your life you have to WORK for it & make SACRIFICES.
- If you want to lose weight, you have to make CHANGES in your lifestyle.
- If you want to start a business you have to make TIME to work on it.
- If you want to get a degree you have to STUDY and LEARN new things.
Nothing is easy but you have to make SACRIFICES if you want anything to change. You may have to give up a few hours of TV, some of your favorite foods, even some of your friends! You have to SACRIFICE something or else stay the same as you are currently!

- Do you think I want to be in my office on a beautiful Sunday afternoon learning about marketing & running reports (which I hate) so I can run my business better?
- Do you think Jackie wants to give up her happy hours with her friends so she can walk instead and make healthy meals at home? (she lost 65 lbs)
- Do you think our friend, Cathy, wants to get up super early every single day to do exercises and stretches so that her hip feels better so she can be active? (she has a degenerative disease)
- Do you think that Jessica wants to give up her weekend pizza so that she can get to her weight loss goal? (she already lost 50 lbs)
- Do you think I want to give up gluten to see if it helps my auto-immune issues like it did my friends
NO, but we all make SACRIFICES because we want certain things in our life.

The saying goes “The definition of INSANITY is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results” and how many times do you “diet” for a week or two and then go right back to what you were doing before that and wonder why you are not getting anywhere?
This goes back to our post last week on CONSISTENCY. If you are NOT CONSISTENT then please don’t expect change to happen very fast if at all.
And if you DO want change to happen, then you have to SACRIFICE something in your life. You have to DIG DEEP and figure out what your WHY is and then GO FOR IT!!

Or maybe you have a big BUT in your life that is keeping you from making changes. How big is your BUT? We all have excuses why we can’t do certain things. What is yours?

It is not easy and sometimes it is not fun to make the changes that we need to make to get to where we need to be. But it is WORTH IT!
We are here to HELP YOU. We have an on-line private Facebook group that is full of very inspirational women. A lot of them have made MAJOR changes to their lives in order to FEEL BETTER, be STRONGER, and HAPPIER. You can read many of their testimonials HERE. Maybe you will relate with one of them.
YOU CAN DO ANYTHING you want. You just have to:
Make a few SACRIFICES
Ask what your WHY is
And get rid of your big BUTs.
THIS is reality if you WANT to feel better and GET RESULTS…

You don’t have to be PERFECT you may just need to try a little harder!
We would LOVE to help you if you need us! We are starting a CONSISTENCY contest next week!
