Leash Your fitness is all about being active with your pet. We have daily fitness classes and monthly activities like yoga, kayaking, hiking, camping, etc. Anything to spice up your daily dog walks so that you can bond with your best furry friend and get a great workout. Jack is our Cairn Terrier mascot who will keep you updated on all of the fun events that he has coming up and show you photos of the ones that we already had. Read more →Hello again! Did you see the first part of our latest road trip in our new RV? If not, you can access it HERE. We had a blast at Mt. Shasta but then it was time to move on to Bend, Oregon! We left the campground early and traveled I5 to U.S. 97. Mommy is the BEST so she stopped at Klamath Falls so I could get out and SWIM!! Read more →This past weekend we had another killer birthday workout!! Naomi, our instructor extraordinaire turned 29!! I think she is the youngest person in our class except for a few puppies and good thing because EVERYONE had to suffer and wear our weighted vest while doing stair repeats. Since she is 29, mommy put 29 pounds in it! Naomi usually leads our run class but mommy took over so Naomi wouldn’t have to “work” on her birthday. Mommy is so nice like that! Naomi got to enjoy the class with the other 15 people that showed up!
Read more →These cookies are so yummy and very healthy and super easy to make! You don’t have to do anything exact and they still come out fine! Ingredients: 1.5 cups of Oats 2 -3 super ripe bananas 1 cup of canned pumpkin or unsweetened applesauce (or you can do 1/2 and 1/2) Handful of raisins, craisins or chocolate chips Mix everything together and put in little globs on a baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes ENJOY and you don’t even have to feel guilty!
