Leash Your fitness is all about being active with your pet. We have daily fitness classes and monthly activities like yoga, kayaking, hiking, camping, etc. Anything to spice up your daily dog walks so that you can bond with your best furry friend and get a great workout. Jack is our Cairn Terrier mascot who will keep you updated on all of the fun events that he has coming up and show you photos of the ones that we already had. Read more →Last weekend, mommy and I had so much fun. Well, truth be told, I think mommy had more fun than I did but I did like the treats that I got for dressing up for Halloween. I won 3rd place in the Hotel Indigo Costume Contest and I got a $25. GC for City Dog. Mommy said that I can pick out some yummy stuff. Then on Saturday, we judged the Pet Hideaway costume contest. This past Sunday the Leash Your Fitness gals stepped back in time! We were rockin’ to the 80’s for our Halloween 80’s class. Complete with 80’s music: Madonna, AC/DC, Bob Dylan, and Guns and Roses; step aerobics, buns of steel moves and even a few grapevines! Everyone got into the spirit, even the dogs were sporting their leg warmers and workout clothes! After class we had a few prizes to give out and our celebrity judges had a tough call.
