Leash Your fitness is all about being active with your pet. We have daily fitness classes and monthly activities like yoga, kayaking, hiking, camping, etc. Anything to spice up your daily dog walks so that you can bond with your best furry friend and get a great workout. Jack is our Cairn Terrier mascot who will keep you updated on all of the fun events that he has coming up and show you photos of the ones that we already had. This certainly has been a fun filled 2nd year for Leash Your Fitness. Mommy has so much fun looking back at all of the pictures and fun times that we have had with our 2 legged and 4 legged friends! Read more →We had a game filled class today–everything from Indian runs, musical hula hoops, hot potato with a weighted ball and running with water filled glasses. Everyone left with treats, toys and a little dirt on them as it was really wet and muddy in the fields but that didn’t stop us from having a doggone good time! Who says exercising isn’t fun?
