Leash Your fitness is all about being active with your pet. We have daily fitness classes and monthly activities like yoga, kayaking, hiking, camping, etc. Anything to spice up your daily dog walks so that you can bond with your best furry friend and get a great workout. Jack is our Cairn Terrier mascot who will keep you updated on all of the fun events that he has coming up and show you photos of the ones that we already had. We took our Leash Your Fitness class to the OB dog carnival today after class! They were raising money so that they can expand the Dusty Rhodes Dog Park. We got to play all kinds of fun games like bobbing for hot dogs! My favorite! Montana won for the most wags–85 in a minute! He is such a happy dog! Mommy and her friends played a dog trivia game and kept winning treats for us dogs! I am so happy that she is so smart! I am also so happy that she didn’t make me dress up this year! But
Read more →Today we got to hang out in downtown San Diego and get treats at all of the bars! We walked to 7 different bars and the humans got to drink and we got to eat! My tummy was so full by the end of the day–I couldn’t wait to take a nap! I met a bunch of new friends and some of them looked kind of funny but we had a lot of fun as we always do–mommmy sure does keep my life interesting!! As you will see by the photos……..
Read more →The Leash Your Fitness gang suprised Arden and had a blow out birthday bash for her at Hotel Indigo’s K9 Cocktails. There were so many dogs and people there and us dogs got tons of treats. I saw the people eating yummy stuff and a cool cake shaped like a dog bone. We weren’t allowed to eat it because it was chocolate but the people sure did seem to lick it up! We got to swim, ride in an elevator and run around like crazy on the 9th floor of a fancy hotel! It was AWESOME! Happy Birthday to Arden

Today we met at the UTC dog park and had our LYF class–ON THE MOVE! It was fun and everyone said that they had a great workout! Jas, Daisy and Montana’s moms got rewards for coming to over 4 consecutive classes and Montana got a treat bucket for most improved dog! When he started coming to class he was REALLY out of shape since he is a grand-dog at 12! But he is doing the jumps, A-frames and keeping up on the runs now! Go Montana! We love you man!!
Read more →We had a very ‘dirty’ time camping! I LOVED it because I love getting dirty. I was so dirty that mommy had to give me 2 baths when I got home! That is the part that I didn’t like! 🙁 But I got to play with a bunch of new friends (16 of them!) I couldn’t believe out of all of those dogs that I was the only one who kept getting in trouble for barking! We hiked, and I tried to swim but it was kind of thick (see photos!) and we got to eat a lot of treats
