Holiday Pet Parade

Mommy made me go to the Holiday Pet Parade with her today at the Gaslamp.  I was so happy that it was really hot so she didn’t make me wear my Santa suit–just a Christmas bandanna, I can deal with that! She promised me that they would have treats there for me too so that was cool.  Most of the dogs didn’t get off as easy as me, check out the pics………. Happy Holiday’s From everyone at Leash Your Fitness

How much water should I drink?

Why can some people drink diet coke and coffee all day and still function?  Aren’t  they diuretics that rob your body of fluid? I have compiled a list of proteins to help you plan a balanced diet each and every

Rain didn’t stop our gals!

Today we had a crazy class!  It was POURING rain!  Mommy wasn’t sure if anyone would show up but we had 9 brave ladies come out to play and get REALLY wet!  Mommy didn’t cancel class in honor of the Breast Cancer 3 day. She figured if those ladies could walk 20 miles in the rain–then we could work out in it!  We did and boy was I muddy and wet!  But it was so fun–the gals did a lot of laughing during class and us dogs got our exercise in so we were happy to sleep the rest of
