This past weekend was our debut 5k with Team Leash Your Fitness. We had 22 runners/walkers out bright and early with their 4 legged workout buddies for the Walk.Run.Wag event.  It was a cloudy morning but the sun broke out as the race began in Del Mar.  We had everyone from marathon runners to a woman with a leg brace on our team.
