Leash Your fitness is all about being active with your pet. We have daily fitness classes and monthly activities like yoga, kayaking, hiking, camping, etc. Anything to spice up your daily dog walks so that you can bond with your best furry friend and get a great workout. Jack is our Cairn Terrier mascot who will keep you updated on all of the fun events that he has coming up and show you photos of the ones that we already had. Recently a few of my Leash Your Fitness “dog friends” were in a car accident with their mom. Thank goodness that everyone is safe but it made me think about how safe I am in the car with my mom. Sometimes mommy buckles me up but sometimes, I roam free and when we get close to our destination, I get so excited that I jump all around the car! I just can’t help it! Read more →Today mommy and I had a booth at the Paws in the Park Event in Solana Beach. It was so much fun! We did a little class and everyone loved it! We can tell from the BIG SMILES on everyone’s faces in the pictures! We saw a lot of our “dog friends” today and I got lots of treats!! Thanks for stopping by our booth everyone! Read more →Tonight the Leash Your Fitness gang hiked to the top of Mt. Woodson to see the biggest full moon in the last 20 years! We got an early start so it would still be daylight when we got to the top so that we could climb on the big rocks! Nobody was really into climbing around like mommy and I are! Read more →Last night mommy and grandma took me to the fancy Hotel Indigo to spend the night with them! It was so cool! It even had a swimming pool for me to get my feet wet. I got to look out over the city and watch what was going on and in the morning I got to play with the other dogs in a nearby park. Read more →This past Saturday Leash Your Fitness held our Doggy Drills class. We had 19 dogs participate in this fun and informative class. Doggy Drills is unlike any obedience class that you have ever attended: we play games, have races, do drills, exercise and learn new ways to work with our dogs to get them to listen and focus. You can even win prizes! The dogs worked on: sit, down, stay, leave it, not pulling and heel.
