Leash Your fitness is all about being active with your pet. We have daily fitness classes and monthly activities like yoga, kayaking, hiking, camping, etc. Anything to spice up your daily dog walks so that you can bond with your best furry friend and get a great workout. Jack is our Cairn Terrier mascot who will keep you updated on all of the fun events that he has coming up and show you photos of the ones that we already had. We had fun group of ladies and one token man come out to CLIMB THE STAIRS!! After a beautiful warm up stroll around the Embarcadero and a light stretch by the water the teams started climbing the 1,000 stairs. Read more →Today mommy & I led 14 people & their pups on the 6 mile round trip hike to the waterfall in Penasquitos Canyon. This is one of my favorite hikes because I get to SWIM!! A couple of the other dogs had to persuaded but then they joined me in the water. We lucked out because it just rained yesterday so the water was deep!
