Jack Leash Your FitnessLeash Your fitness is all about being active with your pet. We have daily fitness classes and monthly activities like yoga, kayaking, hiking, camping, etc.  Anything to spice up your daily dog walks so that you can bond with your best furry friend and get a great workout.   Jack is our Cairn Terrier mascot who will keep you updated on all of the fun events that he has coming up and show you photos of the ones that we already had.  We plan on doing a lot of communication through this blog so please visit often and feel free to leave your comments.

Dog Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients 1 cup organic coconut flour 1 medium banana mashed 1 organic egg Chia gel (mix 2 tablespoons of organic chia seed with 6oz of water and let sit till it firms up) 6 tablespoons unsalted organic peanut butter 4 oz of organic unsweetened applesauce 2 tablespoons organic coconut oil 1 ½ cups Pro-Bloom Goat’s Milk Instructions Mix all the ingredients together, making sure you blend the chia gel evenly and form dough to small balls about 1 tablespoon. Flatten cookie and bake for 16 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool and serve with a glass of Pro Bloom Goats Milk. Our

Wow!! What a weekend full of adventure! Can you believe we had 35 dogs and 35 people on our 5th annual Leash Your Fitness Camping Trip in Idyllwild, CA!?  Our campers consisted of 11 tents, 5 RV’s, 3 people sleeping in their cars, and 3 cabins.  As always our chef, Dave,  created AWESOME meals for us to consume! Your Dog Does NOT wear shoes!

The temperatures in San Diego are over 90 degrees, do you think that walking your dog at noon on pavement is a good idea?  If you are not sure, take off your shoes and put on a fur jacket and go for a walk and maybe that will help you to decide.
