Jack Leash Your FitnessLeash Your fitness is all about being active with your pet. We have daily fitness classes and monthly activities like yoga, kayaking, hiking, camping, etc.  Anything to spice up your daily dog walks so that you can bond with your best furry friend and get a great workout.   Jack is our Cairn Terrier mascot who will keep you updated on all of the fun events that he has coming up and show you photos of the ones that we already had.  We plan on doing a lot of communication through this blog so please visit often and feel free to leave your comments.

Have you ever walked past the playground and thought about swinging on the swings for old times sake! Why don’t you?  It is fun to act like a kid! If you want to try something a little more challenging and “adult” like, you could try using the swing for a “prop” for your workout!  Watch the demonstration HERE. Try some pushups! Have you ever been to a Doggy Easter Egg Hunt?  What is it anyhow?  My mommy has been doing it since the first year of Leash Your Fitness.  She puts dog treats in all of the eggs and us dogs with the help of our humans, get to go look for them.  The first year, she thought that smearing the eggs with peanut butter would help but as you can imagine, that was a MESS!  So like everything else she does with Leash Your Fitness, she learned from her mistake and didn’t do that again!
