Jack Leash Your FitnessLeash Your fitness is all about being active with your pet. We have daily fitness classes and monthly activities like yoga, kayaking, hiking, camping, etc.  Anything to spice up your daily dog walks so that you can bond with your best furry friend and get a great workout.   Jack is our Cairn Terrier mascot who will keep you updated on all of the fun events that he has coming up and show you photos of the ones that we already had.  We plan on doing a lot of communication through this blog so please visit often and feel free to leave your comments.

Every Leash Your Fitness hike, I try a new healthy cookie recipe.  These cookies did not disappoint and everyone loved them on our Eagle Rock Hike!  Super good and it gives you the chocolate fix that so many of us crave!  They are easy and quick.  The hardest part was getting the honey out of the darn container!  Let me know how you like them! ***Remember, dogs should not have chocolate so these cookies are off-limits for the dogs!  You get this one, all to yourself!
