Leash Your fitness is all about being active with your pet. We have daily fitness classes and monthly activities like yoga, kayaking, hiking, camping, etc. Anything to spice up your daily dog walks so that you can bond with your best furry friend and get a great workout. Jack is our Cairn Terrier mascot who will keep you updated on all of the fun events that he has coming up and show you photos of the ones that we already had. Danielle is fairly new to Leash Your Fitness but has already made a huge impression on us and it all started with a foster dog! She is completely dedicated to her lifestyle changes and it shows! She has already lost 18.5 pounds in 7 weeks from following our On Line fitness group and attending our classes. Danielle started coming to classes while fostering Franco, a Furry Foster rescue dog. Read more →Taste Testing Dog Treats Today was a special day because we got to try YUMMY treats from One Dog Organic Bakery. Veronica, the founder was nice enough to send us two bags to taste test after our Leash Your Fitness class. We tried the Peanut Butter and Honey and the Pumpkin ones. I LOVED them both and mommy tried them and she LOVED them both as well! Read more →Pumpkin Raisin Cookies 1 cup Gluten Free Rolled oats ( or regular oats) 1/4 cup chopped walnuts 1/4 cup organic maple syrup 1/4 cup raisins 1 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice ( or ginger & nutmeg) 1 1/4 cup pumpkin purée Cinnamon ( I use lots of cinnamon) Dash sea salt Bake temp 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
