Jack Leash Your FitnessLeash Your fitness is all about being active with your pet. We have daily fitness classes and monthly activities like yoga, kayaking, hiking, camping, etc.  Anything to spice up your daily dog walks so that you can bond with your best furry friend and get a great workout.   Jack is our Cairn Terrier mascot who will keep you updated on all of the fun events that he has coming up and show you photos of the ones that we already had.  We plan on doing a lot of communication through this blog so please visit often and feel free to leave your comments.

The Leash Your Fitness first hike of 2015  was up Bernardo Peak near Lake Hodges!  It was our longest hike yet, 7 miles! We started from the parking lot off of West Bernardo Drive and headed down the hill and across the bridge. We decided to spend the Christmas holiday hiking in the local Cuyamaca Mountains!  Mommy and daddy loaded up the RV and away we went on a road trip! Our first stop was West San Ysabel where we did a 6.5 mile hike. It was really pretty. Best Friends Gingerbread Cookies (wheat free- suitable for dogs and their human friends) 3 c gluten free flour (I used 1c almond meal plus  2c.
