Leash Your fitness is all about being active with your pet. We have daily fitness classes and monthly activities like yoga, kayaking, hiking, camping, etc. Anything to spice up your daily dog walks so that you can bond with your best furry friend and get a great workout. Jack is our Cairn Terrier mascot who will keep you updated on all of the fun events that he has coming up and show you photos of the ones that we already had. Read more →It is summer and therefore, we have been spending a lot of time in the water lately. If you have not incorporated water into your workout AND your dogs workout, you are missing out. Swimming is one of the best exercises that you can do. It is low resistance so it is easy on your joints. As Jack ages, he can’t run with me like he used to but man can that little guy swim.
