Leash Your fitness is all about being active with your pet. We have daily fitness classes and monthly activities like yoga, kayaking, hiking, camping, etc. Anything to spice up your daily dog walks so that you can bond with your best furry friend and get a great workout. Jack is our Cairn Terrier mascot who will keep you updated on all of the fun events that he has coming up and show you photos of the ones that we already had. Read more →This past weekend, mommy attended a 3.5 day mentorship program. Two of the guys that spoke were Drew Brees and Dave Beck–they are both quarterbacks. They spoke of the importance on people needing coaching for areas in their lives that they are not pushing themselves far enough. I am going to go take a nap by the fire. –Jack If you have a dog and want to understand why they may do the things that they do –then I would HIGHLY recommend this book. It is a nice balance of entertaining stories and education. You will get a new understanding of your dogs behavior. You will learn what your dog is “trying” to tell you and you will probably feel bad that you didn’t “get it” all of this time!
Read more →Today mommy and me and a bunch of our Leash Your Fitness friends had a booth at the Balboa Barks event to benefit Canine Companions. It turned out to be a sunny day and we had lots of fun and met lots of people. The best part is that I got LOTS of treats!
