Leash Your fitness is all about being active with your pet. We have daily fitness classes and monthly activities like yoga, kayaking, hiking, camping, etc. Anything to spice up your daily dog walks so that you can bond with your best furry friend and get a great workout. Jack is our Cairn Terrier mascot who will keep you updated on all of the fun events that he has coming up and show you photos of the ones that we already had. Read more →Running with your dog can be a fun and fulfilling activity for you both! Dogs of all shapes and sizes run with us at Leash Your Fitness in our Strut With Your Mutt class. It takes some patience and training, but soon your dog can be a great running buddy! Just like us, dogs need to build their endurance, starting slowly and then adding distance or speed periodically.
