Leash Your fitness is all about being active with your pet. We have daily fitness classes and monthly activities like yoga, kayaking, hiking, camping, etc. Anything to spice up your daily dog walks so that you can bond with your best furry friend and get a great workout. Jack is our Cairn Terrier mascot who will keep you updated on all of the fun events that he has coming up and show you photos of the ones that we already had. Leash Your Fitness was one of the many vendors at the Bark For Life event in San Diego over the weekend. Bark For Life is a noncompetitive walk event for dogs and their owners to raise funds and awareness of the American Cancer Society’s fight against cancer. Read more →Recently we had one of our little girls get bit by a neighbors dog. Zoe is a sweet little Jack Russell terrier. The bite did not look too bad so her mom did what most people would do–she cleaned it out with peroxide and put Neosporin on it, this was on Tuesday evening. Read more →Leash Your Fitness took the dogs out kayaking again. It is always so much fun–mommy is always nervous that someone is going to fall in but it all works out! We had a lot of new dogs and BIG dogs but they all did GREAT!! Read more →Marcy’s Favorites (Makes about 4-5 doz, depending on size of cookie cutters). 2C Coach’s Oats multigrain pancake mix (available at Costco) 2 teaspoons baking powder 1/2 c. almond meal (or peanut flour) 1c. soy milk 1c. crunchy peanut butter Preheat oven to 375F. Blend milk and peanut butter until smooth in a small bowl. Mix together dry ingredients in large bowl and add peanut butter mixture. Combine until smooth.
