Do you like to save time? Are you a multi-tasker? My mommy is so our latest Leash Your Fitness adventure involved leading a group of ladies AND their pups through the Mission Valley Mall where we practiced our dog obedience while the group lunged, ran stairs, did dips and pushups and practiced their yoga moves! The new dog park at the Mission Valley mall has been having all kinds of fun events to get people to come check it out. One of their sponsors is the San Diego Humane Society and we are always ready to help

Dog Yoga and a Full Moon Bonfire

How many things can Leash Your Fitness add to one night? Well, how about Dog Yoga and a Full Moon, Potluck Bonfire complete with S’mores and Fireworks! Doggy Mom’s Rock

We celebrated our Dog Mom’s this weekend. We had a FUN weekend full of activities (but that is our usual weekend!) but this weekend was extra special because we celebrated Mother’s Day and gave our mom’s extra kisses. Doggy Easter Egg Hunt

This past Sunday was our 5th annual Leash Your Fitness Doggy Easter Egg Hunt. The Easter Bunny hid over 90 eggs for our dogs to find. This year over half had healthy dog treats in them for the pups so they had to find the smelly ones with the treats! Chami was the WINNER! She found 9 eggs! She got a nice little Easter Basket full of goodies to share with her sister, Moxie. We had other winners as well. Baby Shower Bootcamp

We have had all sorts of specialty classes at Leash Your Fitness, everything from Doggy Easter Egg Hunts, to Birthday Parties, to Valentines Day Classes but the Baby Shower Bootcamp was a new one especially since Dawn “doesn’t do babies!” haha This class was for a very special girl that has been coming to our classes on a regular basis for two years now.
