Upper Body Workout

If you have a rainy day that you can’t get outside to get a workout in, we have a fun workout for you to try. This entire workout takes less than 10 minutes and it will work your Triceps, Shoulders, Lower Back, and Core. It will even get your heart rate up a little. You can throw the toy for your dog while you are doing the exercises so that Fido gets a workout too! Or you can put them in a down stay and work on their dog obedience. Jack was depressed because he just wanted to go outside!!

Hippy Halloween

Every year the Leash Your Fitness gals go all out for Halloween. Mommy has a theme class and it is so fun to watch the creativity come out! Last year our theme was Football and we even played a football game in class! We have official judges come for the after class costume contest and we give prizes and get to eat treats! Halloween is such a fun holiday. It is not just for kids, adults get to act like a kid and get away with it! It is fun to watch our mom’s get silly and just have fun!

World Record Dog Yoga

250 dogs were needed to break the Guinness Book of World Record for the largest Dog Yoga Class and WE DID IT with 265 dogs!!
