Leash Your fitness is all about being active with your pet. We have daily fitness classes and monthly activities like yoga, kayaking, hiking, camping, etc. Anything to spice up your daily dog walks so that you can bond with your best furry friend and get a great workout. Jack is our Cairn Terrier mascot who will keep you updated on all of the fun events that he has coming up and show you photos of the ones that we already had. My grandma and my daddy used to go to the casino to gamble every time she came to visit from Pennsylvania so we think she was watching over us when we couldn’t find a place to stay! Read more →Do you like to run? Do you add hills to your runs? How about sand hills? Our Saturday run class moves around so we can try running in various trails and areas around San Diego. It is a fun way to get to know the trails and mix it up a little! This past Saturday, we decided it was too hot to run anywhere but Fiesta Island! It was time to get some sand in our shoes! Read more →While we miss out on the amber gold leaves of fall, we at least get to experience one of the best things about the season – the flavors. The flavors more than make up for the havoc that the Santa Ana’s cause my sinuses. One of those flavors is pumpkin.
