Leash Your fitness is all about being active with your pet. We have daily fitness classes and monthly activities like yoga, kayaking, hiking, camping, etc. Anything to spice up your daily dog walks so that you can bond with your best furry friend and get a great workout. Jack is our Cairn Terrier mascot who will keep you updated on all of the fun events that he has coming up and show you photos of the ones that we already had. Today I was so excited that I got to go to the Cutting Edge K9 Yappy Hour at Markim Pet Resort because that means that I got to SWIM!! I jumped out of the car and ran to that pool so fast that I got in trouble but I didn’t care cause I just wanted to SWIM! I shared the pool with the other dogs–some of them can not walk so well that it why Trish helps them so that they can get better. She is awesome! Read more →Leash Your Fitness had a blast tonight at the Dog Town san diego launch party at the Hotel Indigo! There were all kinds of dogs there! A bunch of them were wrestling over a water bottle! It was crazy! We got lots of treats from Lucky Dog, City Dog, Doogie and we had our photos taken by Heart Dog Studios! There were dog artists there and a lot of surf dogs! Thanks Dog Town for hosting such a belly filling event! I was a tired boy when I went home! (click on image to enlarge)

Yesterday we were on the news talking about our na-MUTT-sta class and today Leash Your Fitness did the special yoga class and us dogs got to come! We didn’t do yoga but we learned that if our parents calm down and relax then we will too! –it is amazing how that works! We got our belly and our head massaged and our owners got to stretch, breath and relax and everyone was really happy –especially Ginger! You will see why when you see the photos! But the best part was that Loree from the Original Paw Pleasers made us doggy
Read more →Today we went to our last Halloween event! We actually went to two of them but mommy’s camera died so we only got photos at one! We got homemade treats at Paw Pleasers and mommy made me dress like an alligator ate me! It was humiliating but I will do ANYTHING for treats! Thanks Loree for making the bestest cookies ever! Read more →Once again we had a great time at the K9 Cocktails at the Hotel Indigo! I was so upset that the pool was covered but then I found out is was being used for the runway for the costume contest. I was so happy that mommy didn’t dress me up that I just decided to eat treats all night and celebrate! I got lots of treats with my friends! It was fun but those pups looked funny!
