Today was mommy’s favorite Leash Your Fitness holiday class! Halloween!! She had all kinds of fun stuff planned for our gals and their pups!! We played games and even got to eat hotdogs!!! One of the games was puppy pushups! Chami won by doing 13 puppy pushups which is going from a sit to a down = 1! Then we played musical cones (instead of chairs)! When the song, Monster Mash, stopped playing–everyone had so step near a cone and be in a squat with their dog in a sit! It got pretty intense as everyone was fighting for the cones as there was not enough for everyone!! Zach & his mommy won this game which makes sense because Zach was Superman!! The worst game of all was the “leave it” game. Our mean mommies put a yummy hot dog right in front of us and we had to NOT EAT IT!! Some of my friends said FORGET THIS and ate it right away and others held out trying to make their moms happy! Miss Millie won by not eating her hot dog until her mommy said it was ok! She was dressed as Underdog but she should have been dressed as Miss Showoff for making us all look bad! My hero was Lucy. Lucy won the hotdog diving contest!! She put her nose in the water and ate 13 hotdogs!! She was dressed like Batgirl but probably should have been dressed like Miss Piggy!! haha Just kidding Lucy, I am just jealous! Good thing mommy had us going over the jumps and the A-frame and running a lot in class today because between the hotdogs and Miss Cathy’s homemade pumpkin doggy treats–my belly was full!! Plus, mommy made homemade pumpkin muffins for the girls for after class! She said pumpkin was good for us!
A special thanks to our amazing judges that had a really hard job of judging our costume contest after class. Audrey from Photography by Audrey Rose, Becky from Markim Pet Resort and Roselyn Coz did a great job!! It was tough but there could only be one winner, well officially two!! Marcy won for Most Original as Tinkerbell and got a photo session from Photography by Audrey Rose and Jess and Sheila won for Best Superhero’s and got a Presidential Night Stay at Markim Pet.
