It is summer and therefore, we have been spending a lot of time in the water lately. If you have not incorporated water into your workout AND your dogs workout, you are missing out. Swimming is one of the best exercises that you can do. It is low resistance so it is easy on your joints. As Jack ages, he can’t run with me like he used to but man can that little guy swim. Today’s Motivation Monday is inspired by our weekend in Tahoe. Our Trail Dogs team did a 24 hour trail race called Ragnar. It is a relay race with 8 people. We had a 3 mile, 5.8 mile and 7.1 mile loop and each time you run, you run a different loop. We take turns running consistently to everyone runs all 3 laps. It was 129 miles, took us 29 hours and we DID IT! A few gals flew and we packed 5 gals in a loaded Suburban and headed to Tahoe! It was a super fun weekend
