We feel blessed

We feel blessed

October 9th, 2016.  It began as a normal Sunday and mommy thought it ended normal too but then daddy woke her up screaming that “Jack is having a seizure”!  What?   That can’t be right?  I was acting normal and living life to the fullest.   There started the ball rolling on MRI’s, CT’s, Cyberknife therapy, drugs and a year of recovery from my diagnosis of a brain tumor.       Mommy has always been one to live life to the fullest, especially after my Grandma died.  She even bought a RV and we have traveled the country during

Lake Havasu

We left by 6 a.m. from our forest road camp spot and our Sedona adventure.  It wasn’t long and we were on the 40 headed to Lake Havasu.  Mommy stopped at another coffee shop in Williams to get some work done while I napped in the RV.      We got to Lake Havasu at 11 a.m. and splurged at the Havasu State Park.  We have been camping for 2 weeks and mommy has spent a total of $60. on campsites.  For 2 days at this campground, it is $80. BUT we found a spot right on the lake with

Cottonwood and Sedona!

Cottonwood and Sedona!

It was once again sad leaving Bartlett Lake. We are always sad to leave cool spots especially when we are camping on the water but we did NOT want to be there on the weekend! Mommy stopped at a cool coffee spot and had her first coffee in 11 days.  She was flying high after that!  She “had” to get it to use their Wi-fi.  At least that was her excuse!  She looked up some places to go on Free Campsites.net and decided the first stop would be the ranger station in Camp Verde to get some maps so off
