It has been exactly 3 months since our return of Jack’s Journey USA and mommy and I were getting antsy for another adventure! We have been having a great summer of hanging out with our friends at Fiesta Island and SUPing but we are ready for hiking season. Running Iron Mountain

Man!! It has been HOT!! We are ready for fall so we can start hiking again. Mommy and I took advantage of the one cool day last week to do a trail run up Iron Mountain. It was a cloudy day mid week. After Jack’s Journey USA was complete in July, Jack decided that he wanted to keep his adventures going! He has had a very busy summer and it wouldn’t be complete without the Helen Woodward Surf Dog Competition! Dog Yoga / Bonfire

Jack’s Adventures continue! We never have a dull weekend, that is for sure! Last weekend, the Leash Your Fitness family joined us for a Dog Yoga class on the beautiful Mission Bay followed by a bonfire! Since it is summer time, Mommy and I got to the beach super early to save a spot for the bonfire. Since it seemed like there were lots of open fire pits, we went for a SUP (Stand Up Paddle) the entire way around Fiesta Island! It was pretty rough in the back so I ran along the beach while mommy SUP’d!
