Leash Your fitness is all about being active with your pet. We have daily fitness classes and monthly activities like yoga, kayaking, hiking, camping, etc. Anything to spice up your daily dog walks so that you can bond with your best furry friend and get a great workout. Jack is our Cairn Terrier mascot who will keep you updated on all of the fun events that he has coming up and show you photos of the ones that we already had. Did you know that cancer feeds off of grains and sugar? Yep!! Mommy has been doing a lot of research on cancer and it is true, even for people! Eating is so complicated now a days! It is confusing what to buy and what is best for each dog. We would recommend that you speak to a professional if you are interested in changing your dogs food. Most vets like Purina or Hills because that is what they are taught in school but mommy’s research showed that corn, soy, wheat and any grains are the worst thing for most dogs.

We made them for a treat on our Urban hike and everyone loved them, well except for the few that did not like pumpkin! You can share these with your dog IF you leave the chocolate out!
