I just want to say that Mommy has some cool friends and  Jennifer Lockwood of Peak Fitness NW is one of them! She is a ski instructor in the Portland area so she met us and took us up the snow run at Mt. Hood!  It was so much fun! I got to play in the snow in August!  If you like to ski, Jenn has a really awesome ski conditioning program, you can check it out HERE!

But anyhow, back to our fun day! We hiked up the mountain and watched the snow boarders practice their jumps, it was really cool!  But the best part was the PLAYING IN THE SNOW!!  Yep, I like all forms of water as long as their is no soap involved!

After our hike and play time,  Jenn gave mommy a tour of the beautiful Timberline Lodge.  Mommy said it was really cool!  I had to sit outside and wait for them which was fine by me, I am not really into tours.

Hood RiverAfter a yummy lunch with Jenn in Government Camp, mommy and I headed to Hood River where we got to watch the wind surfers.  It was super crowded with water toys.  I think mommy and I should try that next, what do you think?

Enjoy the photos and we hope to see you next week when we talk our last days before Portland!

Thanks for reading!
