Recovery, How important is it?   We hear all of the time about training but what about recovery. Is it a good idea to workout every day? Well, that depends on the intensity of your workouts. Your body needs to recover! Recovery is when all of the magic happens. When you workout your muscles are actually tearing a little, during recovery is when they repair and get stronger. Traveling with an iSUP

Recently Mommy and I got to go on a 10 1/2 week RV trip!  We  traveled to 25 states across the country on Jacks Journey USA.     The purpose of the journey was to inspire other people to do fun and active things with their dog.   The ISLE iSUP (Stand Up Paddle Board) was a huge part of the trip. Having the inflatable SUP made the journey so much more fun. We got to explore places that we never would have.     Having the iSUP also gave us more incentive to find killer campsites on the water.
