North County Grand Opening Class

Today was so much fun! I met many new friends and even a guy named Truffle that kind of looked like me! After a year of mommy trying to get the North County classes up and running, today was the Grand Opening Class.  There were close to 20 people and dogs there for class and they were working really hard.  I think they even enjoyed working out–imagine THAT! Mommy gave prizes for different fun stuff and had a few raffles at the end.  The people and dogs got cool stuff from Pawtopia Dog Training, My Puppy Dog Tales Pet Photography,

Donations, Donations, Donations!

Our supply drive for Second Chance Dog Rescue was a success. Thanks to our generous class participants, we delivered 2 truck loads of supplies at the end of the week.  The pups got new leashes, collars, beds, toys, treats, tons of food and even flea and tick medication.  To finish off our supply drive week of classes, we had a free Dog Yoga fundraising class at Camp Run a Mutt complete with a doggy adoption and photo sessions by Oh My Dog Photography.   The class was a huge hit and everyone left happy, limber and relaxed and 2 dogs

After class we had a few prizes to give out and our celebrity judges had a tough call. Salem and Luz from Markim Pet Resort were on hand to give away a grooming service to Best Dog and

We are also surrounded by many dogs for most of the week. Therefore, we are working with Arden Moore of Four Legged Life to host a Pet First Aid and CPR class. We have

Dog Yoga

We had our Dog Yoga class on Saturday in Sea Port Village on the water. We gave all of the tourists something to talk about!  People were  taking our pictures, watching us and making comments like “only in California do they do Yoga with their dogs”–we LOVED IT! It was a beautiful morning for a walk, standing yoga poses and then we returned to the mats for human seated poses and balance. The dogs were a very rambunctious crew so we thought we were going to have to do a running yoga class but mommy calmed everyone down and all
