Yappy Hour at the Ritz Carlton

There are Yappy Hours and there are YAPPY HOURS!!  The Ritz Carlton in Laguna Niguel has a YAPPY HOUR the 2nd Thursday of every month and it is really cool!!  We got to be outside on the grass overlooking the beautiful Pacific Ocean–we even saw whales and they weren’t that far away!!  There was food and drinks available  for mommy & her friends and they were passing around FREE dog treats for me and my friends!!  They must have made a lot of them because there were over 200 dogs there!!  We saw dogs of all shapes and sizes!! A lot of the little girls were dressed up in pretty dresses for the occasion!  Ok, let me get to the BESTEST PART!! The BACON, CHICKEN and BEEF flavored dog water bar!  Yep!! You heard me right!! They had a special bar just for us dogs complete with a bar tender!  I don’t think I ever drank so much water in my life! It was so yummy!!   My friends liked the water but they also liked the doggy massage, I didn’t want any parts of that but mommy said the people massage was AMAZING!!

There was cool stuff that our mommy’s was looking at to buy like hand painted water bowls (which I already have since I am now a regular at the Ritz!) and doggy games and other fun stuff!  What a fun night for me and my Leash Your Fitness friends!  I sure am lucky to have a mommy who likes to mix it up and try new things because we do some really cool stuff!  We are thinking about going back for their October Halloween contest on October 24th! We heard that there are over 600 dogs there all in costume!! How fun is that!?! Stay tuned but for now, enjoy the photos!!
