Do you work at a computer most of the day? Do you drive a lot? These things can wreck havoc on your wrists. Many people opt to have carpal tunnel surgery. Before you go that route, try a few wrist stretches and see if they help.
One is the seated stretch. I did this one a lot when I was driving hours on end on Jacks Journey USA.
Just put your hands together and push in opposite directions. You will feel a stretch in both wrists.

A GREAT stretch to open up the wrists and forearms is the wall stretch. Try it on both sides and see which side is tighter. It will probably be the side you use your mouse with!
Stand near a wall.
Place your hand flat on the wall and slowly turn your body.

The last one that I like is the forearm roll. I use a MELT ball for this one. Roll your entire arm and hand on the soft ball. Just like the foam roller for your legs, this irons out the connective tissue.

Keeping your wrists flexible will help with your yoga moves and planks as well!
