Sycamore Canyon Hike

What a BEAUTIFUL day it was!  It is February but it felt like June!

19 people & their pups came out this morning for a hike at Sycamore Canyon.

We had the trails all to ourselves & it was a fun group!  All of us dogs got to romp in the fields & chase a few bunnies–that part was fun! Before we headed back up the hill to the cars, mommy arranged for Ranger Justin to give a little talk about the history of Gooden Ranch and how a very nice family donated it to the city for us to enjoy.

Mommy makes a new treat for each hike & today she passed out her No Bake Peanut Butter Balls for all of the people to munch on before the  hike up the hill & she had special treats for us dogs as well because we used a lot of energy chasing the bunnies!

Mommy was proud of Miss Bobbie again for making it up the hill even though she was not feeling well. Mommy said that Miss Bobbie is an inspiration to everyone & that we love her!  Thanks for coming everyone! We look forward to next months hike at Elfin Forest!
