DAY1–We traveled 488 miles today and it was HOT! At times it was 109 degrees! Daddy drove almost the whole way and mommy drove for about an hour and got a speeding ticket. Darn cameras on the side of the road! We arrived in Sedona around 6 pm and daddy went on a mtn. bike ride and mommy and I went exploring the area to get some photos for your viewing pleasure……… Day 2….Today we got up at 5 a.m and started our day with a 3 hour hike to a cave. We kept losing the trail but then we would find it again. The Cave was really cool, but it was up high and I was scared. I got through it because I knew we were going to get to go swimming!! After we had breakfast we went to the river and hiked all along the river and found all of these really cool swimming spots! I swam for 3 hours and I got to jump off of rocks and everything! It was the best day ever! But it wasn’t over yet! AFter a cool lunch at an organic vegetarian place-daddy took a nap and mommy fought with her computer and had a lot of trouble making this blog so after daddy got up we went and got ice cream. Then daddy went on a mtn. bike ride and mommy and I went on a hike to the top of a BIG mountain called Cathedral Rock. It was really hard and mommy had to carry me a little bit because it was so steep and rocky. But, we met a new friend she told us alot about Sedona and took some pictures of us. It was a really fun day but daddy said we can’t do this much stuff every day! So tomorrow we are not getting up early but we are going to go camping with my Uncle Pat so we may not post any pictures tomorrow. But stay tuned, more to come……….(click on image to enlarge)
