Arm circles are a simple exercise to add to your daily dog walk or any other time of day for that matter! This move will strengthen and tone your shoulders, back, biceps, and triceps. But don’t think because it’s a simple exercise that it will be easy! This one is harder than it looks. Let us know how you do!

To do these:
- Stand tall with shoulders down and abs tight.
- Raise both arms to shoulder height and start making small circles forward, repeat 20 times. Repeat going backwards. Keep both arms moving in the same direction.
- Make sure to keep shoulders down and not hunched up by your ears.
- Challenge yourself by standing on one leg and trying to balance while your arms are moving or by holding water bottles in each hand!
- Get your pup involved if doing these on your dog walk! While you stop to do your arm circles, keep Fido in a sit. When you’re done, take each of your pup’s legs (one at a time) and move it through a circular range of motion, taking turns going forward and backward.
