Loew’s Surf Dog set a WORLD RECORD

We set a WORLD RECORD for the most dogs on a surf board!  17 total dogs on one board along with Professional Surfer, Scott Chandler. (he even built a special board for us!) 

 

It was so much fun!  Teamwork was needed by all of us dogs and we accomplished that for sure! Media was everywhere! Cameras were rolling from Good Morning America, MSN, USA Today, CNN, The Travel Channel, and all of the local news stations were there as well as tons of dog photographers and spectators.  I think that we put on a good show for all of the cameras!

Daddy helped me during the solo run and although I didn’t win, I sure did have fun! Sometimes I get my sports mixed up and think that I am dock diving and I jump off of the board.  It is all good as long as I get wet and get to swim!

The Loew’s Surfing Contest was loads of fun and although mommy didn’t allow me to surf with the famous actor, Cameron Mathison, and she got heck from all of her friends about it, I got my fill of surfing that day and I am looking forward to going surfing with my friends from the So Cal Surf Dogs again soon!
