Today we had 6 incredible women show up for our first Arthritis Foundation FREE training program. Leash Your Fitness is a proud sponsor of the June 5th “Let’s Move Together” walk and we are making our team stronger by providing training for them and their dog. Colleen from Pawtopia dog training was there to assist with the dogs obedience and it was amazing how far they came in just one hour! The Easter Bunny came to 0ur Leash Your Fitness class and saw 17 dogs and ran like the wind –but before he did, he left 36 eggs filled with treats for both the people and their furry friends! Mommy took advantage and made the Easter Egg Hunt the warm up for class today. After our Leash Your Fitness class today–we got to celebrate Marcy’s 2nd birthday with doggy birthday cake from Dexter’s Deli. It was yummy!! Marcy shared with all of her friends! Then after that–the nice people that train the Canine Companion for Independence dogs came out for a Meet Up event. Read more →Well, we sure did have a full weekend. Mommy was dog sitting 3 other dogs and it was a little crazy at times but by the end of the weekend–they are listening to her much better than at the beginning of the weekend so she is much calmer! 🙂 We had a “photo shoot” with a famous boxer named Kima on Saturday morning at La Jolla Shores. Read more →Well, mommy taught her 3rd Doga Yoga class at Paw Pleasers and it was fun and relaxing as usual. We even had a 17 year old dog in our class! After class Ann from Healing Hands Canine Massage gave away a gift certificate for a doggy massage and guess who won it–the 17 year old dog! PERFECT!! Then Tess from PETicures by Tess gave out 2 Gift Certificates for Doggy Peticures and Loree from Paw Pleasers gave away a gift certificate for a doggy cake.
