We arrived safely in West Newton, PA and have now traveled 3326 miles and spent over $1100. on gas but that is ok because we are having so much fun. We are 3 weeks in to our trip and it has been like heaven! Seeing our family is always a treat. Mommy has a very colorful family and there is never a dull moment! Did you know that mommy used to live in Maryland? She went to x-ray school here 24 years ago! It was fun for her to be back in her old stomping grounds. We drove up from Hungry Mother State Park, Virginia at night to miss the DC traffic and arrived at Sport Fit Fitness Club at midnight and spent the night in their parking lot. Read more →I have now added 3 new states to my travel resume. Tennessee, Mississippi and Virginia! The drive from Douglas Dam to Hungry Mother State Park was the easiest so far! We didn’t want a long drive since we enjoyed the morning SUPing at Douglas Dam with our new friends plus we had to stop and get food! They left Wisconson on December 1, 2014. Her trip started with a few mechanicals in her 1990 Allegro 37′ RV. Pulling a 20′ trailer with a SUV on it.
