Today we slept in till 6:30 a.m. –probably cause we stayed up till midnight posting photos! Mommy worked on my blog while daddy watched the tour with his friend Bruce. They both used to race bikes so they were really into it. We finally got moving around 10:30 and we went on a drive around Grand Mesa. Guess what??? I got to go SWIMMING!!! Mommy walked around the lake, I swam and daddy fished! It was perfect!! Especially the part where I rolled around in dead fish–TWICE!! I almost got away with rolling around in the cow poop but mommy caught me! The bad part was I got 2 baths when we got home and mommy sprayed this stinky stuff on me in the car that made me sneeze! There were a lot of lakes that we passed on the drive–we did stop at another one so mommy could get her ice cream fix! We got back to Bruce’s in time to take a ride on a 4-wheeler! My first time and it was FUN!! Bruce has a really cool house! We bbq’d steaks and hung out and watched the sunset…. Colbran was a great place and I’m glad we got to spend some time there.
