A Doggy Halloween

Last weekend, mommy and I had so much fun.  Well, truth be told, I think mommy had more fun than I did but I did like the treats that I got for dressing up for Halloween.  I won 3rd place in the Hotel Indigo Costume Contest and I got a $25. GC for City Dog.  Mommy said that I can pick out some yummy stuff.

Then on Saturday, we judged the Pet Hideaway costume contest.  There were so many great costumes.  I was glad that I didn’t have to judge it, I just watched! Sunday was jammed packed and mommy dressed up with me that day.  The Leash Your Fitness gals stepped back in time to before I was even born! They called it the 80’s and I hope that those clothes never come back into style because mommy looked ridiculous! They say that us dogs are color blind but even I could see how bright she was!  They did the entire class to 80’s music and did 80’s workout routines.

After class we headed to Paw Pleasers and Peticures By Tess.  They had all kinds of yummy cake and treats for both the 4-leggers and the 2-leggers.  Mommy won some cool bracelets from Lotus 9 there.  They even went with her outfit.  Our last stop was at the OB Doggy Parade.  There were over 100 dogs registered for the parade. A lot of the owner dressed up too.  It was crazy seeing how fancy some of the costumes were.  We had to watch the whole parade but mommy got a treat bag and gave me a few of the treats. I won for “Best Fitness Dog” and got a trophy.  My first trophy! The best part of the day is when I got to “Bob for Hotdogs” –I just love doing that.  I crawl in the tub so that I make sure that I don’t miss any!
