What to do with Fido when you vacation

Do you want to take a vacation this summer, but can’t finalize plans because you don’t know what to do with your dog? If taking your dog with you is NOT an option, then there are many cool, pet-friendly accommodations to save you from your unrealized vacation plans! It might be really hard to leave your dog behind, but often they are on a doggy vacation as well when you leave them at one of the many cool pet accommodations that are available!

The simplest, and perhaps the least expensive  solution would be to ask a friend or neighbor to puppy-sit, just make sure that they are responsible. Also, leave all of the contact information for your vet, any meds that fido is on and any other pertinent information just in case anything happens while you are away. Having a familiar face watch your dog will minimize separation anxiety for  both you and your dog, especially if they can stay at your house.
