We love our moms’ and especially since they do cool things with us like take us to Leash Your Fitness classes! They also spend time teaching us cool tricks and to reward them–mommy gave away prizes for the best tricks at the end of class today. All of the ladies got an Avon Gift bag filled with goodies that included a doggie Peticure coupon and a Doggie Massage Coupon.

New Classes

Thursday, February 18th, 2010

It is only February and we have added 3 new Leash Your Fitness class locations this year with a 4th in the works–North County!  We have also added a new TYPE of class called “Walk the Circuit“.  These classes are a little less dynamic than the “Bonding with Boot Camp” classes.  The walking classes are still a GREAT workout for both you and your dog.  We incorporate all of what your body needs in the class and add in the behavior training for the dog so everybody gets more than they would on a regular dog walk.  And as in ALL of the Leash Your Fitness Classes, everyone works at their own pace. We have begun these classes in Coronado and East County and so far, everyone LOVES them!

Come give one of the classes a try–the first one is always FREE!!

na-MUTT-sta class

Saturday, November 14th, 2009

Yesterday we were on the news talking about our na-MUTT-sta class and today  Leash Your Fitness did the special yoga class and us dogs got to come!  We didn’t do yoga but we learned that if our parents calm down and relax then we will too! –it is amazing how that works!  We got our belly  and our head massaged and our owners got to stretch, breath and relax and everyone was really happy –especially Ginger!  You will see why when you see the photos!  But the best part was that Loree from the Original Paw Pleasers made us doggy ice cream for after class!  It was yummy! We also got a special treat bag for when we got home–compliments of the Honest Kitchen–their food rocks!  We hope that you get to come to the next na-MUTT-sta class.  Stay tuned……..(click on photo for larger image)
